Mascot Returns

Anyways, the guy started ranting on my by on one of the forums i participate in, and the arguing followed like this.

DD did solicit authors, did he not?

Does that give him the right to publish responses (sent via PM) on his blog without the author’s permission? I think not, but that’s exactly what he did with mine.

His response: “My inbox, my property.”

My response: You solicited for authors, and that does not give you carte blanche to publish without compensation, attribution or notification.

Also, by sending a PM, there is an assumed right to privacy. I don’t think anybody who emails or PMs or IMs DD thinks they are giving him the right to publish their messages.

Bottom line is this guy is a crook. He wants people to write for his blog for nothing, even though he’s got AdSense on the space which will make HIM money. He’ll never get another word from me, though I wouldn’t put it past him to start hauling these posts over to his blog.

DD can make up whatever internet law he likes along his merry way, but that’s not going to hide the fact that he’s human waste and will cull his material in any manner that he chooses because he’s so obviously devoid of original thought.

i asked if people wanted to write, i didnt ask for a 3 page letter callin me names, only reason i posted, well because it was funny as all get out and uncalled for.

If you wanted to write fine, if you didn't you should have never responded, but since you came out acting like an A$$ i will post it, why, because your a joke, and i wanted everyone else to see you for what you are, a joke.

and as far as money goes, and just like i wrote and told you, if the site takes off, of course i will compensate, if it just sits there dead with no income then there isn’t any to pay out. For someone who holds themselves in such a high manner you sure are dense..

And you still haven’t figured out the difference between “your” and “you’re”, so I suppose I shouldn’t expect you to understand internet privacy rights, copyright laws, punctuation, capitalization, sentence sturcture or anything that doesn’t begin with “hey, dude” or “digg this.”

Well, and there was not much more that entertained me, i suspect this guy will skeez around here for awhile, He acts like a fool with a vocabulary. Kind of like watching a retard with a dictionary, he might know the words but he uses them in the wrong context, it’s freakin funny.
