It may seem like that in a certain area and some people are let go for legitmate reasons. Here's what I can say in GameStop's defense. In the district I'm in, there are plently of black and hispanic workers. Some of which are members of management even. And to speak for my store alone there are 2 black associates in the staff. Up until last week I was the only female in the store and we're not there for show. GameStop runs on numbers, and if you don't know shit about video games your numbers are going to be bad, which leads to termination generally. And I know the other girl, as pretty as she is too has nearly every system herself too and is incredibly helpful in her recommendations. This is really normal in all the stores I've been to since I started working with the company. I think it's just a mere coincidence in your area.
