I don’t have children because i can not give them the extreme good life i think they deserve, but i get to pay for everyone else who deosn’t take the time or effort to get a job and the people who get rewarded for having kids and being poor. We shouldn’t be rewarding this behavior, we should be making it harder and making the situation unbearable so people will think first. But instead we will give them money, and in return for our government giving them money they will vote how they are told.

So basically, the working class gives money to the government, the government gives the money to the poor, and the poor vote in more people who will give away more money. So basically in the long run we are paying out the ass to get our rights taken away.

There should be laws in place for having children. One, you gotta be married. 1. He steals jokes.

This is the main point of the Rogan and Mencia feud. Rogan isn’t really known for his stand up, but hes a solid comic, and I am on his side on this one. People wanna say its sour grapes because Mencia is a bigger name then he is, but if you think about it, Rogan hosted the wildly popular Fear Factor, was on NBC’s hit show, Newsradio, in the mid 90’s, and is heavily involved as an on air personality for UFC, which is growing by leaps and bounds. I don’t think the guy has a lot to be jealous of. I see where he comes from with this. If your a guy doing stand up, struggling with money, playing clubs on a nightly basis to hone your craft, write new material, trying to get a break, and some schmuck comes around, rips off your joke, and makes it big, wouldn’t you be pissed? Hes the guy in the office that catches wind of an idea that would help the company and runs to the boss with it, and gets all the praise and benefits from it. Thats what scumbags do. To rape someone else’s creativity, then use it as your own, and to BENEFIT from it? Its terrible, and its about time someone steps up and speaks out about this shit. If it stops someone from ripping others off, then good, we don’t need another Mencia, or Dennis Leary for that matter, who pretty much ripped off Bill Hicks’ entire act and lifestyle, just short of the dying part, which is really a shame.

2. His delivery.

Many people feel like hes a great performer, joke stealer or not, but I really don’t find him very entertaining. His delivery annoys me, he tries to get loud to prove his point, like it makes it more effective, it worked for Kinnison because he was brilliant. Mencia tries to get loud and throw some Latino slang at the end of his jokes to get a laugh, and I’ll admit, it gets over with most rubes. He tries to push himself soooooo hard as being controversial, and it shows, as his writing and general material, thats actually his, mind you, suffers. Jim Norton is MUCH more controversial, same with Doug Stanhope, and several other comics, they aren’t trying to ram how crazy they are down your throat, they use wit and good writing to get their points across, and if it pisses someone off or offends someone, all the better. I love offensive humor, disgusting jokes, but I don’t like it when someone is telling them for the sole purpose of being controversial, tell the joke if you think its funny, not because it might get your stupid face in a paper somewhere.

3. He’s Dave Chappelle, except less dark, and less funny.

Mencia got the Mind of Mencia show for one reason, and one reason only, Dave Chappelle left. They needed a replacement for the ratings being lost with Dave quitting, and here comes Carlos, with the same basic show Chappelle had. Kudos to Comedy Central for making it a success, not as big as Chappelle Show was, but Mind of Mencia has done well. If you’ll remember, when Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla left The Man Show, they tried to replace it with Doug Stanhope and, shockingly, Joe Rogan. The show failed miserably, and not because of Doug or Joe, or the material on the show, it was because everyone knew that was Adam and Jimmy’s show, and it was shitty of Comedy Central to try and use the same show that wasn’t really created by them. So, learning from their mistakes, instead of someone taking over Chappelle Show, they made up a “new” show, with another comics doing different sketches and bits. So, now we are “blessed” with Mind of Chappelle, errr, Mencia, and its just a shoddy knock off.

So when you wanna see, or hear some comedy, stop going for the guys like Mencia, who are hacks, and look into good comics, like Norton, Brian Regan, Rogan, Daniel Tosh, Stanhope, or several other comics that are legit. This entire time the dumb uneducated welfare whore of a mom is watching, and does not say a fucking word to him. That is what pissed me of, the kid is continuing to attempt to pummel me as if I were trying to take his Banana Slurpee away. Mother still says nothing as I am pushing her vile child away. What a fucking Little deviant creep. Who in their right mind wouldn’t welt this child’s ass.

My other annoyances are when you are in a theater, 10 little retards running around, and I mean retards literally, the kids will never make it past fry cook at McDonalds, throwing shit, screaming, and attacking people while their mother is ruthlessly attempting to give the poor joe next to her a hand job in hopes to obtain a Papa for these Corky looking minions of evil. New national law that lets a bystander discipline a child if the parents actions are deemed unfit. IE: Child is running around hitting people, parent sits and watches, never lifts a finger. Said bystander grabs a switch and whips that child’s ass. These children need to know the limits, and if their own parents will not show them, the law should abide and let folks teach them the limits, if they do not learn at a young age they will never lear, and for the rest of their lives they will be assholes, doing what they please, to whomever they wish. This is unacceptable to me and most of America. If this were a law our children would know their place and limits. Let them know it is NOT ok to steal, NOT ok to hit strangers, NOT ok to destroy peoples property. SET SOME FUCKING LIMITS!

I don’t currently smoke, but only because I don’t like dealing with black market drug dealers. The trusted friends I knew and bought grass from are now in jail, and may well be there for over five years just because they were selling dope! More and more studies come in talking about the positive effects of marijuana, it gains medical uses with almost every new study. It is already being used to encourage AIDS patients to eat and to treat the painful symptoms of MS. Not to mention the causal potsmoker, who experiences a general euphoria upon smoking. It is a non-addictive experience that harms no one. What difference does it make if one smokes some weed and watches cartoons?

The notion it is a gateway drug is also false. There is this stat that ~80% of cocaine users also use marijuana. That is misleading, and the DEA won’t tell you that ~80% of marijuana users DO NOT use cocaine. Cocaine users are just more apt to smoking marijuana, possibly too help them come down from the cocaine. Most marijuana smokers are useful, productive members of society. The fact is, most prominent people have smoked marijuana at one point in their lives - Bush, Clinton, everyone. It unites people of all backgrounds and all political affiliations.

You’ve heard a million times about how legalization would curb the black market for other drugs, how we could tax it and safely regulate its use. When I was a teen, it was a thousand times easier to acquire pot than it was liquor, only because one was black market and the other supermarket! I say just do it already - it’s no worse for you than any other smoke, it has health benefits, and its peaceful users are filling our jails and wasting so much money and police resources.
